Our Glycol Analysis Program includes:
- Glycol Analysis obtained- one of CROFT’s technicians can conduct an on-site visit and pull a sample from your dehydrator, or you can conduct a spot check ordering (includes box container, sample jars, and step by step instructions)
- Lab analysis- samples will be sent over to the CROFT lab to determine the glycol compositions.
- Glycol analysis report- CROFT engineering team will review the results of the report and add recommendations such as filter and chemicals that need to be changed or added.
The Glycol Analysis Program typically takes between two to three weeks depending on the workload or any specific scope of work. We recommend glycol testing quarterly to continue monitoring glycol health and keep your TEG unit running a peak performance.
